What is DystO?

DystO is a privacy-focused meta-search engine that aggregates results from multiple search providers without tracking users or storing personal data. Built on the foundation of LibreY, DystO enhances the search experience with a modern glass morphism interface, unified result presentation, and robust privacy protections.

Unlike traditional search engines that collect and monetize user data, DystO acts as an anonymous proxy between you and search providers, ensuring your searches remain private and your digital footprint stays minimal.

How DystO Works

🔍 Engine Selection Technology

DystO lets you choose your preferred search engine (Google, Bing, or Brave) and delivers results exclusively from that provider. If parsing fails, it intelligently falls back to alternative engines to ensure you always get results.

🥷 Privacy Protection

All searches are performed server-side with no user tracking, no cookies for tracking, and no IP address logging. DystO does not store any search history, does not scan keywords for suggestions, and is natively onion-ready for maximum anonymity through Tor networks.

🌐 Multi-Language Support

DystO offers dual language controls: change the UI language (42+ supported languages) independently from your search query language. The interface language affects menus and labels, while search language determines result localization from search engines - both work separately for maximum flexibility.
